Please note that of today's date legal action has been initiated by our charity Romania Animal Aid in response to the creator of the website www.whohurtsromaniandogs.org . Within the aforementioned website, slanderous and wholly untrue statements and comments have been made against our charity and specific members/trustees of it.
Within the next 7 days a legal notice will be served upon the websites creator Ms Dana Costin, president of the organisation Rolda.
We have been advised by our solicitors that of today's date, our charity and specific members/trustees of it are restricted to comment any further on this situation or the aforementioned websites contents. This is to remain so until further notice.
It pains us to come to this type of action, but we simply cannot allow such slanderous and untrue comments to be made against our charity nor its trustees/members. If we do not take such action, this will be to the detriment of the animal's that our charity cares for and it's future projects. This, we simply cannot allow.
We hope that our supporters will understand why we have initiated such action and also will respect our now legal position in regards to Ms Costin and her organisation Rolda.
